Your adventure begins at 9:00 am when our friendly driver picks you up from your accommodation in Marrakech. We’ll embark on a scenic journey into the heart of the High Atlas Mountains, passing through quaint Berber villages and beautiful landscapes. Along the way, you’ll traverse the charming town of Tahnaout, the stunning Ghighaya Valley, and the dramatic Moulay Brahim gorges, with a stop in Asni, famous for its vibrant weekly market.

Our destination is the serene village of Imlil, a lush, green haven tucked away in the mountains, remaining cool and verdant even in the summer heat. Once there, you’ll be captivated by its breathtaking natural scenery and tranquil atmosphere.

In Imlil, you can choose your adventure: enjoy a relaxing mule ride through the traditional Berber villages with panoramic views of the valley, or opt for an invigorating 2-3 hour hike to nearby highlights such as Armed, Shamharoush, or Tizi N’Tachdirt. For those feeling adventurous, Imlil is also the gateway to an exciting trek to the summit of Mount Toubkal, the tallest mountain in Morocco, offering unparalleled views from its peak.

After your morning exploration, savor a delicious lunch at a local restaurant or guesthouse, indulging in the rich flavors of authentic Berber cuisine. Following lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to continue walking for another hour or two, soaking in the serene mountain surroundings before we make our way back to the bustling streets of Marrakech.
