Cancellation Policy


Cancellations Made by the Customer:

More than 30 Days Before the Tour: Full refund minus a small administrative fee to cover payment processing costs (5% of the total booking value).

Between 15 to 30 Days Before the Tour: 50% refund of the total booking value.

Less than 15 Days Before the Tour: No refunds will be provided, as by this stage, most arrangements are non-refundable by our local partners.

Cancellations Made by Morocco Trip Holidays:

If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Last-Minute Cancellations:

For last-minute cancellations due to emergencies (medical or family reasons), we may offer partial refunds or future travel credits, depending on the circumstances and provided documentation.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the approved request.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
If you paid by credit card, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Some services and products may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Entrance fees, tickets to events, or special experiences booked in advance.
Custom or private tour arrangements, where third-party vendors are involved.

Changes to Bookings

Changes made more than 15 days before the start of the tour: We will do our best to accommodate any requested changes to your itinerary, including date changes, without additional fees.

Changes within 15 days: Any changes requested within 15 days of the tour start date may incur additional costs due to third-party provider policies.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for the tour without prior notice will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may result in the need to cancel or modify your trip, including illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances.
